If you’ve been referred to treatment because of a DUII, Emergence offers supportive, state-certified outpatient services that meet Oregon’s legal requirements to get your license back.

Steps to get your license back:

Step 1

Complete confidential evaluation with a certified Alcohol and Drug Screening Specialist (ADSS) and let them know you’d like to attend treatment at Emergence.

Find an ADSS in your county

Step 2

Fill out our contact form or call 541-687-8820 to connect with our team and get started.

Step 3

Attend your assigned treatment groups, complete required paperwork and provide urine analyses (UAs) as requested. UAs must return negative for all substances to show program progress.

Step 4

Pay service fees in full, attend a Victim Impact Panel, and stay in touch with your counselor as we send progress updates to your court, DMV or probation officer.

Emergence accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most major insurance providers. Grant funding may be available for those who qualify, and sliding scale rates help make services more affordable. Cost and program length may depend on your court or DMV requirements.
Most people complete the program in 4-6 months.
